The training environment will be demanding, but instruction will be positive in nature, and the activities will be enjoyable for the participants.
Players will experience and learn on how to Ball Strike, Volleying, Heading for Goal, Combination play, 1v1 Moves, Attacking Numbers up and Breakaways.
